2. Prices and VAT
All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.
3. Ordering Process
Orders can be placed either as a guest or a registered user. The customer selects products, adds them to the cart, chooses a payment and delivery method, and confirms the order. After placing the order, the customer will receive an email confirmation.
4. Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
• Cash on delivery (COD)
• Credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
• Bank transfer (pro forma invoice)
5. Shipping and Delivery
Products are delivered through our selected courier partners. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. We currently ship within Slovenia and selected EU countries.
6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without providing any reason. 7. Complaints and Warranty
In case of a defective product or incorrect delivery, please contact us at omara@elporo.si. We handle complaints in accordance with applicable Slovenian consumer protection laws. Warranty applies where explicitly stated on the invoice or product description.

9. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on our website.
