1. How long does it take to process an order?
We usually process orders within 1–2 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to selected EU countries. Shipping costs and delivery times will be shown at checkout. If your country isn’t listed, contact us for assistance.
3. What are your sizing options?
Sizing varies by product and brand. A size guide is available on each product page. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us — we’re happy to help.
4. Can I return a product?
Yes! You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order. For full details, please visit our Return Policy.
5. What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us right away at omara@elporo.si with your order number and photos. We’ll make sure the issue is resolved quickly.
6. How do I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with a tracking number and link. You can use that to follow your delivery.
7. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept:

• Bank transfer (prepayment)
• Cash on delivery (Slovenia only)
