We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, you have the option to return your item under the conditions below.
1. Right to Withdraw
In accordance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order — no explanation needed.
To exercise this right, contact us at omara@elporo.si with your order number and a clear statement of withdrawal. You can also use the official EU withdrawal form, but it is not required.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
• Unused and in the same condition as received
• In original packaging with all tags, labels, and accessories
• Returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal
3. Items Not Eligible for Return
We cannot accept returns on:
• Gift cards
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Sealed products (e.g., cosmetics or underwear) once opened
4. Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item). We recommend using a tracked shipping method to ensure safe delivery.
5. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days. We do not refund the original shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at omara@elporo.si with photos and your order number. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Return Address
You will receive return instructions and the return address by email after your withdrawal request is accepted.
